「Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine」

「This hotel is seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, seriously! Rooms are very nice, quiet, and clean and staff is amazing. There are restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor and the food is always good. It’s also close to the Sanford Broadway Clinic, which is why we chose to stay at Brewhalla in the first place since we have a family member who has frequent appointments the Sanford Broadway Clinic. All in all, 10/10 would recommend! 」

「Hot tubs were fantastic when you can find an open one. And the whole hotel smelled very clean. The rooms were decent, I think I just had a defective room. There was a loud chirping noise coming from the square cut out in the ceiling above my bed that drove me so crazy that I checked out the same night and decided to start my long drive home and stopped to sleep in my pickup. They offered no reimbursement or apology, or even offer to look and see what it was to try and fix it. They were fully...

「The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.」

「We have stayed here a few times when we visit my daughter who lives nearby. We usually have an amazing visit but this time we were disappointed that the hot tub was under construction and our room was on the other side of the electrical room so we did not sleep well due to the loud noises throughout the night. The upside is that we LOVE the ladies at the Bistro and they made our stay fabulous despite the hot tub issue. Most likely we will be staying elsewhere next time.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal coffee time so they made a pot at 2 am for us. The hotel is located behind a truck stop but the door is is locked and you need a key to get pay the checkin area. We liked the extra security.」
