It's a nice hotel but I have a pretty long list of complaints:
1. Water in room was $11. That's a Vegas thing, people in nice East Coast hotels don't expect ripoffs like that.
2. House cleaning is on a three day rotation but rooms don't have towel racks, so you have to ask for special service, get new towels, or stop taking showers.
3. Woman at check in did not mention $30 meal credit that came with room.
4. When I did use the credit, after my wife reminded me of it, the waiter indicated that people using meal credits had to order from a separate menu, presumably with higher prices.
5. Same waiter said that he didn't have coffee ready but cobbled together something from an Americano and a little bit of remaining coffee. Ten points for honesty but what kind of hotel doesn't have readily available coffee at breakfast?
