The rooms were clean and bedbug free! There was a musty odour that I couldn’t seem to cellar out despite my best efforts . Tv satellite didn’t work! Staff was wonderful and I was thankful to get a room within minutes of looking in a busy area

We had a good time at the Villa nova. They are currently recovering from a fire that happened earlier this year. So although the accommodations were good the property is in a bit of a transition. Pool was a highlight, well maintained and in good shape. Excellent access to the beach so it's just across the road. One of the best deals in the area with meat access so close. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This is a family run business

We were put in a room upstairs on the first night and when one of the owners, Tony saw that I was struggling with the stairs, he told me to come down after 11 AM the next day and they put me in a different room on the ground floor. So thoughtful and considerate. I love that there was a little store when you check in with coffee, ice cream, candy, chips, and bags of ice. Great location right across from the beach on one side and on the other side, the river. Rooms were clean with fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Air conditioning work just fine. Can’t complain for the price point.

This property was great and so close to the beach you could walk there. The only thing that confuse me a little bit was the pictures because I thought that we would have like a coffee machine and a toaster in the room but the reason why the pictures are exactly the rooms that they have on there is because there was a fire and they’re rebuilding. We had a fridge and a microwave which helped out lots having the room separated is great too so you don’t interrupt the other person you’re with! I never got a chance to swim in the pool when I was there. It said it was heated, but I did find it was kind of cold when I put my foot in.! being right by the beaches convenient because they charge a lot for parking right by beach 1 enjoy your stay and enjoy Wasaga! ♥️
