반은 완벽. 반은 최악.

위치, 상태, 주변시설, 모든게 완벽합니다. 다만 체크인 방식이 정말 최악입니다. 내가 만약 폴란드에 직원이 없었다면 난 체크인 못했을듯. 체크인 & 디파짓 최악임.

建物はいいのでけれどサービスにもう一つ改善が欲しい良質のアパート

後で確認してわかったのですが、カギを取りにかなり遠くまでタクシーで移動しなければいけません。宿泊開始日の前にメールで連絡をしてくるとのことでしたが、なぜか届かず。ホテルドットコムのメッセンジャーを使わずにメールを送ったのでジャンクメールに入っていたことが判明。結果、疲れ切って到着した後に家族をビル内において自分でカギを取りに行く羽目に、、もう少し親切なサービスが欲しかったです。部屋の眺めはいいのですが、2ベッドルームの2部屋目はガラスのドアがついているだけであまりプライベートは確保できません。下にはいろいろスーパーやレストランがあって便利です。

City Central

Check in was good. I flew in from London and had a shuttle to the apartment. The desk is open until 11pm, so I arrived early evening and had no trouble. There were good communications leading up to my arrival - an email arrived the day before giving me detailed info on the apartment and the surrounding area. I was given a 2-bed apartment on the 19th floor - the views at night were beautiful. Some construction happening below, but nothing to be bothered by. Happy with the condition of the room and check-out went smoothly. Recommended for those who want to be city-central. Short walk to Warsaw Central rail station which we needed to travel on to Krakow.

Handdusch fungerade inte i båda badrummen och den stora duschen i taket spred vatten i hela duschkabinen.Det var omöjligt att duscha utan att blötta håret.Soffan i rummet var omöjligt att sitta på och den var mycket låg och dynorna lutade framåt.Dålig soffa och överdriven med 3 TV apparater och saker som behövs mest funkar inte som soffa och dusch.Det är mycket konstig.Vi är mycket missnöjda p.g.a.höga priset och dålig kvalitet på nödvändiga saker.

Jättefin och modern lägenhet! 2 sovrum med varsin tillhörande dusch. Genomskinliga dörrar dock till toalett och dusch. Ingen luftkondiotionering eller fläktar. Däremot en TV i varje rum. Hade dock valt fläktar istället . vilket drog ner betyget. Mycket varm lägenhet sommartid. Restuaranger, busshållplats och matbutiker nära. 10 min gång till t-banan.

Otroligt fin lägenhet, väldigt fräsch. Hade inte förväntat mig det för de priset. Vi är jättenöjda. De var tyvärr väldigt varmt inomhus men rent generellt var det bra.

Construction starts at 7AM, even on Saturdays

The check-in was super simple and the room + amenties (no gym) was great but the building is in a growing area so there is alot of construction. Construction starts super early (maybe 7AM) and doesn't stop all day. If you're looking to sleep or work from the room, I'd recommend staying elsewhere. It'd take at least another year before construction is complete.

Could not pick up my keys after a flight delay!

I booked this hotel for a work trip. I received an email in Polish about a week in advance asking for documentation such as passport by email. Luckily I understand Polish so could read it but I worry about someone who could not speak Polish that there was no English translation esp when the booking was done in Canada. I was at a conference but luckily I managed to find time a couple of days before my stay and I sent my document through by email. I was notified by email the morning of my stay that there will be someone at their office to give me the keys up until 11pm. My flight ended up being a few hours delayed and as a result could not get to their office until after 11pm at night. The person at the office called me and told me if I am not there by 11pm I can only pick up the keys the next morning. I don't understand how this place can operate as a hotel when there is no way for someone to pick up keys after hours. Most flights these days are delayed. I was only there for 2 days and was busy working and could not afford time to go back and forth between hotels. This was a terrible frustrating experience!

雖然附近是希爾頓酒店，但其實住宿位置並不方便，值得一讚的是…如果你喜歡博物館，附近便有一個『華沙起義博物館』，很有歷史意義

fantastic stay

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed, always I try to spend more time in Warsaw instead of traveling to Las Vegas or LA. Great amenities, 3 TV's, few rooms, two bathrooms and price less than $80 per night on the 16th floor. You can't beat it! See you next time!

高層アパートメントの20階に2泊した。簡単なキッチン付きのリビング1室、ベッドルーム2室にバスルーム(バスタブ付き)と広々としてしかも真新しい。広い窓からの眺めも良く快適に過ごせた。 ただ立地的には中心部から少し離れた再開発地域にあり周囲はレストランやスーパーがない。中央駅まで徒歩25分、旧市街地まで40分、ワジェンキ公園まで65分と観光にはやや不便である。

Fantastiske rom med nydelig utsikt fra 20etg. Eneste minuset er at hotellets fasiliteter finnes ikke. De er på hilton (nabo hotellet), å koster ekstra. Jævelig støy fra bygningsarbeid fra klokken 5 om morningen. Ikke noe renhold på de 5 dagene vi var der. Men rommene var bare supre.
