Varsavia nel fine settimana

Appartamento in posizione strategica per visitare la città. Il box doccia perdeva e mancavano gli sgabelli per poter fare colazione/cenare. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare e parlare con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento per farceli portare.

Ok, but could be excellent

Best feature of this property is location. Very good communication links just 2 minutes walk from property (bus, tube station). Plenty of restaurants and cafes around but due to location quite expensive. On arrival we've been given key to apartment by security guy. Be aware you have to pay cleaning fee in cash to the guy before getting a key. To be honest this is studio and not apartment. Nice kitchen area but no basic utensils like kitchen knife, tea towel, or the pan not suitable for induction hob. TV with plenty channels and good WiFi A bit smelly shower, need a good scrub. Sofa bed ok for one night stay but not very comfortable for longer stays. Also single duvet which is good for one but definitely not for couples. Heating with broken thermostat so no chance to adjust heating when get too hot. Overall could be much better with very little effort from owner.

La struttura non è compatibile con la descrizione del sito. In particolare, non esiste una reception per effettuare il check-in ed eventuali richieste. Nessun numero in cui il personale si rende disponibile e quello che sembra essere un custode nemmeno conosce la lingua inglese, perciò è impossibile comunicare, a meno che non si sappia il polacco. In caso di lamentele è impossible comunicarlo a chi di dovere. Condizioni della stanza pessime, pulizia inesistente (divano letto con materasso in spugna e lenzuola con numerosi buchi e macchie) e serratura seriamente danneggiata, che minaccia di non aprirsi al rientro al residence (cosa accaduta l’ultima notte), senza alcuna possibilità di rivolgersi a qualcuno per un aiuto, vista la reperibilità inesistente. (Stanza 8a del civico n11 del residence okolniki). Non tutte le luci sono funzionanti. Sono presenti residui di materiali appartenenti a clienti precedenti. È presente un ripostiglio colmo di cianfrusaglie e materiale adibito per la pulizia e la manutenzione della stanza.

They don’t tell you that it is actually only a single room with a pullout couch and a bathroom. The description clearly states “double bed”, not “pull out couch sleeps two”. The building is otherwise ok, location is good. Communication bad since you don’t get a reply when you ask why there is only a couch.

The apartment is in the good location, however picking up the key is troublesome and you need to pay the cleaning fee in cash in advance. The lift doesn’t stop at the apartment floor, if you have heavy, large, many luggage, need to be considered.

В целом неплохо, но в след раз выберу отель

"+" Есть посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина. В шаговой доступности старый центр. Вокзал четыре остановки. 800-900 каналов тв и интернет в принципе неплохой на 4 из 5 "-" Эл.плита не видит единственную сковородку в номере. Приготовить поесть так и не удалось. Свет не горит на половину. Постельное белье показалось неухоженным. Подушки в шкафу одна простынь на резинке и уже одеяло с пододеяльником в оранжевые узоры. Не думаю, что кто то спал, но не глажено.

Chętnie tam wrócę

Świetna lokalizacja, przesympatyczny Pan Portier i bardzo fajny apartament. Jedynym mankamentem były niedomyte naczynia, brak ręczników jednorazowych bądź choć czystej ściereczki kuchennej i instrukcji obsługi telewizora (mimo różnych kombinacji i zastosowania się do instrukcji obsługi znalezionej w internecie nie udało się sparować telewizora z dekoderem). Mimo, że hotel deklaruje w każdym apartamencie kuchenkę mikrofalową - nie było takowej.

Holdays in Warsaw, 2017

Excellent location with walking distance of Old Town and Central City. Surprised there were only 2 bath towels and no toiletries as advertised, unless you consider soap and shampoo samples from another hotel (why advertise and supply these minuscule items for a 5 day stay?). Both beds were less than comfortable with the main bed squeaking with any movement. Kitchen Chairs and sofa bed had stains on them making them unusable as we did not want to sit on unknown stains. Even with a great location, it would be hard to rebook this unit or recommend it

Stor lejlighed med helt fantastisk placering!

Super beliggenhed !! Stor og rummelig lejlighed og ok rent. Desværre var håndtaget til balkonen brækket af, således døren ikke kunne åbnes og derfor kunne balkonen ikke benyttes. håndtaget til hoveddøren skulle man passe på ikke faldt af, når MSN forlod lejligheden. Vi skulle ikke anvende hemsen og heldigvis for det, da det så ud som om sengetøjet her ikke var skiftet siden sidste besøg. Der trænger til en grundig rengøring af baderummet især bruseforhænget. Alt i alt en god oplevelse, men med få, men ret vigtige mangler, som ville have gjort vores ophold bedre, hvis disse havde været på plads.

Do not stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Place was not as advertised and shown in pictures: no bed, just flip-out couch (which WE had to make up!!!) ; no laundry clothes-dryer Service was non-existent. No one was available to greet us and assist us upon entry, no ever replied to emailed questions about the property.
