Apartment building was on the main square so plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Very safe since you had to have a code to get in the building. Has had no contact check in and out which was very convenient. Perfect location.

The accommodation was overall quite good. Check in was really bad. The instructions were too incomplete, the customer service could only be contacted after a couple of calls. You must pay a 200PLN deposit before you will be given check-in instructions. There was no announcement about this. The apartment is otherwise in good condition, except the fridge was too cold and the freezing of the water caused extra noise at night. Children and dogs live in the same apartment building, and the sounds of the stairwell can easily be heard in the apartment, because there is no intermediate door in the apartment. Laundry Detergent would have been a nice addition, but not necessary. Overall, I would not stay again.

The room was not very clean lots of dust, no liner in bathroom bin no coffee espresso machine as stated, little shower gel 3 packets for 2 for 4 days, only one roll of toilet paper for 2 for 4 days. No handwash for bathroom. 2 cups one was chipped tea coffee for only one day. Plates chipped as well. Pillow slip was ripped .Very disappointing. Location very good though and induction cooker.

Ótima localização, mas não vale a pena

A única coisa boa da hospedagem é a localização (no coração de Varsóvia). Começa pelo check-in, aqui no hotels.com a instrução é uma e a realidade é outra, de repente, surge um caução prévio para fazer para que então você receba as informações de entrada. No começo, inclusive, suspeitei de golpe, mas feita as devidas conferências, realizei o procedimento e recebi os comandos. Na entrada da residência, código não entrava, então quando fui checar através do chat, explicaram de maneira detalhada e então funcionou (precisou eu ter que pedir novamente falando que não havia entendido). Entrando na acomodação, tudo extremamente velho e sujo: cama com pelos, torradeira enferrujada, cheiro forte de mofo, parede descascando, cobertor com poeira e assim vai. Não aguentamos 2 horas na acomodação, providenciei o adiantamento do nosso voo e fomos embora. O local tinha tudo para ser excelente e se fosse bem cuidado, seria de fato uma acomodação única, mas infelizmente a realidade não é essa. Não recomendo.

Buena ubicación, mejorable servicio

Pros: - Ubicación excelente, en la plaza del Mercado - Totalmente reformado - Muy moderno y bien decorado - Cama cómoda y apartamento funcional Contras: - No nos pusieron suficiente jabón, sólo 1 sobrecito para 2 personas y 2 noches - Sólo 1 toalla por persona, hubiéramos agradecido al menos 2 toallas de diferentes tamaños por persona (para tener una para el cuerpo y otra para el pelo) - No tenía ascensor (es un edificio antiguo) En general estuvimos cómodas, pero se puede mejorar.

Amazing Stay!

This place couldn’t be more perfect! Coming in we missed an email (it went to junk) that we didn’t have to go to the check in office to get the keys like hotels.com says- so check your email the day before or so. Literally you walk out the door of this apartment and you are in the main square. The streets were noisy early in the morning, but again you are right in the square so that’s to be expected. Everything was clean and we felt very safe. I definitely recommend this apartment to stay in old town! It had a laundry machine that wasn’t listed in the amenities too!

Would Stay Again.

The place was exactly as advertised except the lack of wifi. Reported it. They said that they would get back to me and never did. Lost a smiley face for that. Would stay again with a confirmation of wifi. Be aware, that you have to pick up your keys at a different location. No a/c so could be warm in the summer.
