The room was not clean. The bathroom toilet flashing broken. We stay 3 people but only have. 2 towels. The internet doesn’t work. Too complicated to get in to the room. Too much work. Very disappointed

Communication could be better

Our stay here was perfect for what we required. The appartment was showing signs of wear and tear but was ideal for the type of stay we were there for. Communication upon arrival wasn't great. We initially went to the described address only to realise we had to go to the office to get keys (according to the booking info). After a 30 minute walk we were greeted to a closed office within the stated working hours. We finally got through via Whatsapp only to realise the flat was in a completely different location and that the keys were in a key safe at the flat. This was a bit annoying but as stated, all was well once we were in. I would stay again but would make sure to phone/message them before travelling to where you think the flat is.

Spacious bright all mod cons apartment near centre

Spacious bright apartment with all mod cons. Easy to relax and take in views over the city. Fairly quiet despite location at a busy intersection with direct access to railway and underground. Short walk to the Vistula and 5 minute walk to shopping centre.

The code sent over by e-mail didn’t work. Took us more then 1 hour to get in. When inside the promised free parking didn’t exist. Had to buy a non secured parking outside. Service was lousy as we got minimum help. Also the password to the WiFi that were sent over didn’t work.

W otrzymanej instrukcji błędnie podane kody do wejścia. Oczekiwanie pod drzwiami i znowu brak kontaktu. W sprawie uzyskania dostępu do parkingu podziemnego znowu niekompetencja obsługi. Zdecydowanie nie polecam

Apartament był niezgodny z zamówieniem, powinien posiadać widok na centrum warszawy a zamiast tego otrzymałam widok na tory kolejowe Warszawa Gdańska. Okna w apartamencie nie były myte chyba od ubiegłego roku więc i tak niewiele było przez nie widać. Reasumując nie polecam tego miejsca zarówno z uwagi na cenę jak i standard obsługi.

The flat was very dirty. The person (Bartusz) who checked us in didn´t really understand English and when my girlfriend spoke to him in Polish he was very rude to her. He did not follow through on having our issues resolved, so we had to call back to get answers. The bed was broken. The showerhead holder didn´t work. The flat needs to be painted. The curtains are stained. There are no hooks on the walls in the flat or in the bathroom to hang jackets or towels. The flat looks nothing like the one used in the photo. We were moved on our last day; however, the flat also had many issues including kitchen cupboards being taped shut, other cupboards being locked with a lock and chain, holes in towels, and only one blanket for sleeping (maybe the others were in one of the locked cupboards?).

Great location within walking distance of Old Town and Jewish quarter and mall. We received the wrong wifi info and password, and the place could use a paint but overall it was more than adequate. A bit tricky to get into, but good instructions, although they didn't arrive until 1 p.m the day of our arrival.

Very bad apartment. It was not clean at all. Also they asked me to pay a deposit. Heater did not work. We used oven to warm up. Sofa bed did not work. Bad smell also. They only positive thing is that it is near arkadia mall which is amazing

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet appartement Nous n avons pas eu l appartement qui correspond aux photos Il était simple et sans aucun rapport avec les photos Il y avait 1 lit double et 2 canapés convertibles Une cuisine équipée et une salle de bain avec baignoire L appartement était propre tres bien placé par rapport a la vieille ville et a proximité du centre commercial arkadia Métro et tramway au pied de l immeuble Il y a également une boulangerie Immeuble bien sécurisé avec un gardien dans le hall d entrée d une impolitesse comme j ai rarement vue Les clefs sont a retirer a l agence rue corraziego Nous avons eu un bon acceuil et la remise de clefs a été assez simple Pour le départ , pas besoin de retourner a l agence , nous avons déposé les clefs dans la boite aux lettres Pour résumé , en rapport qualité prix Je pense que c est relativement intéressant Une petite déception sur le standing auquel nous nous attendions , mais le prix tres attractif , la localisation , la proximité du metro font que je conseillerais une réservation

Professionalità e assistenza ZERO

La responsabile e una inetta al lavoro con il pubblico, non sono riusciti ad agevolare le mier richiesta. Pagato in anticipo su Expedia, a volevano il pagamento di nuovo. Cauzione di 700 lot, ok va bene ma li volevo dare i contanti, la restituzione poteva avvenre solo ale 16:30 del giorno dopo. Secondo loro dovevo stare in città fino a quello'ora, impossibile dovevo procedere con il viaggio. I toni si sono leggermete alzati, tanto che la signora voleva chiamare la polizia... ahahahah. solo perche insistevo sul fatto che mi servire lasciare l'alloggio la mattina presto. Per evitare mi sono girato e me ne sono andato, Amen perso soldi... L'assistenza di expedia e stata gentilissima e professionale. Ha ribatito le cose che le ho riferito dopo la loro chiamata...

Très bien ! luxueux et proche des transports.

Un accueil très sympathique dans le lieu de réception des logements P&O appartement, nous avons pu accéder directement à l’appartement. Après quelques essais pour le code de l’entree, nous avons été satisfait par la grandeur et le luxe de l’appartement, la propreté étais correcte, même si on peut faire un peu mieux. Les chambres et la literie était confortable. Le salon très confortable aussi pour prendre des apéritifs. Le service client était bien, ils nous ont réservé un taxi pour l’aéroport. Attention il y’a le ménage à inclure dans le prix. Je conseille cet appartement, qui est d’un rapport qualité prix très correcte pour 6 personnes.

Zameldowanie po 22 wymaga dopłaty 120 czego trudno się doczytać, jest to napisane drobnym druczkiem na dodatek po angielsku i to na stronie po przekierowaniu. Za to wyraźnie napisane jest ze parking jest bezpłatny, owszem jest bezpłatny o ile jest wolny, a wolny nie był. Wygląd pokoju całkiem przyjemny ale niestety przestygnięty papierosami. Obsługa traktuje klienta adekwatnie do ceny, bo faktycznie cena była niska jak i jakość obsługi.

mixed review - accommodation + experience -

the accommodation itself would have been a 5, the circumstances for me made it less so. it was a very warm time of year and there is no air-conditioning in the apartment, also no fans, there was a balcony but covered with widows without instructions to open the complex mechanism. so it was very hot which took away the pleasure of staying here. in regards to the check in and check out process. the customer experience could definitely be improved, it was a real inconvenience having to take a taxi to one location to collect the keys. then sign your life away without explanation with a substantial deposit. then to take another taxi to the apartment without anyone to point out the issues of the place - some broken furniture, how to operate the outside widows and the fact that the Internet WiFi did not work. This was disappointing, I called the 5 telephone numbers given to me and was sat stressed for 1 hour waiting for an answer, considering that I would need to check out and find an alternative.. when I did get an answer I was relived to find I had to switch the modem off and on again.. solved the WiFi problem but not my other concerns. I don't want to sound negative.. the apartment really was great and a good option if a. it's not summer (no alternative offers) b. if you don't mind the risk of them charging you for damage you have not made (nobody turned up to check on my departure despite my request) c. the fuss to check in elsewhere

Arvostelu on kahden yön perusteella. Lyhyeksi ajaksi tätä huoneistoa ei ehkä kannata ottaa. Avaimet tulee hakea eri paikasta kuin missä asunto sijaitsee. Avaimet saa klo 16 ja tulee luovuttaa klo 11. Avaimet voi jättää talossa olevaan lokeroon. Asunnossa ei ollut ilmastointia joten kuuma on kesällä. Meitä oli viisi varauksessa mutta petivaatteita ei ollut kaikille. Taloon pääsi sisään vain klinkkerillä, koska annettu koodi ei toiminut. Asunto oli kohtalaisen siisti, tosin jotkut huonekalut todella vanhoja. Netti toimi hyvin ja kulkuyhteydet loistavat. Ja sellainen tiedoksi, että avaimia hakiessa piti olla luottokortti, jolla maksu suoritettu, mukana. Eipä ollu niin piti maksaa 600 pln takuu. Saa nähdä palautuuko takuu koskaan. En ottaisi enää vain kahdeksi yöksi.

Don't book it!

Apartment was very poor and little, no hangers for clothes, no bed-linen for sofa, no sound on tv, many lamps didn't work, not enough towels and soap. They could change the room for us, it was better design, but cooking surface and washing machine didn't work, no microovn, dirty floor, it was impossible to close the door from inside. It's impossible to call 4-stars apartment. This apartment has destroyed our vacations.

L'appartement est clair, propre et moderne. Il est correctement situé par rapport au centre historique de la ville. Par contre les gardiens situés en bas de l'immeuble ne parlent que polonais et sont peu aimables. Malheureusement on nous a donné un mauvais code d'accès ce qui nous a contraint à revenir au bureau d'accueil le lendemain.

Huoneisto, ei hotelli. Avaimet tulee hakea muualta, joten jos ei ole autolla niin matkaa tulee. Late c-in vahvistuksessa 120PLN veloitus kuitenkin 200PLN. Tilava huoneisto ja yleiskunto ja siiteys hyvä.
