Bad experience

When reached to the property around 7pm the reception desk was empty. When we waited for few min, a security person came and we enquired about the check-in but he was unable to assist, simply said go right and he went back without any concern if we are able to do check-in or not. Then we enquired about breakfast but again this person just said 'No breakfast facilty' whereas while booking it was mentioned on the website of Hotels.com that breakfast facility is available for PLN60. Next day we did check out and wanted to store our luggage for few hours but the front desk person said he is not allowed to store any luggage while the website had clearly mentioned about availability of luggage storage. Overall it was a breach of trust from Hotels.com. They should verify whatever they announce on the website,

I really wanted to like my experience here, but this hotel is a luxurious facade. The check in experience was an absolute nightmare; the property manager did not communicate with me at all, and it took me an hour and a half to get the check in process sorted out because Expedia made a grave mistake and gave us the wrong number to a different company, resulting in the wrong people getting reprimanded (the concierge people at the apartment were amazing and super helpful, and I’m super grateful for them!) Once we entered room, it looks absolutely gorgeous and luxurious, but looks are deceiving. There were not enough towels for everyone (we only had 2 towels for 3 people), I had no proper pillows to sleep on when using the pull-out couch, (I had to use the decorative pillows on the couch), there were no towels in the kitchen, one of the toilet buttons didn’t work, the detachable shower head did not work, there was garbage in the freezer from the previous customers, and the wall lights in the bedroom did not work. It’s a shame because the room is gorgeous, the location is convenient and close to all of the main attractions, and as mentioned before, the concierge staff amazing, but the experience that I had has ruined my stay. I would not recommend staying here

Disappointed

We stayed in an apartment on a top floor. The temperature outside was above 30 and you could hardly feel the air conditioning in the apartment. Not only that the quality was so bad you couldn’t feel it was on, only one room had the air-con. It was absolutely roasting. Maybe winter time is better! There were only a couple of little hooks on a wall in the bathroom to hand your towels and such cheap quality that they kept falling off as soon as you hanged the towel. We stay in many different locations and apartments and that was one of the worst experiences so far, sorry.

Checked in on a Saturday and room was dirty, light bulbs not working. Issues were sorted on the Monday. The apartment was not checked prior to my arrival or they did not care. Even though the location for work was great I will not use them again. Did not get value for money and no compensation for delay in sorting room.

Apartment was clean, modern, very specious and very comfortable, good kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Good position and easy access to transport to go to any place of city. To summarise quiet place in the middle of city, definitely I going to come back in the future.

Modern building but service can be improved

Modern building with nice rooms with small balcony. Check in to be agreed with the owner. Shower gel not available, towels a bit hard and dry, not soft cotton, not slippers available. Free water bottle would be welcome. Pillow not comfortable. Good area for restaurant availability.
