Laura was our assistant for the property. She was fantastic. She met us outside of the square and ushered us in so that we could unload our luggage in the square, then led us to our parking area just outside of the square. She gave us great recommendations on restaurants and tried to help us out with someone to assist my elderly parents once we left them. Laura was fantastic. Thanks Laura! The unit was very nice and right in the middle of stare miasto...really beautiful and decorated very nicely. It had a/c, but we didnt use it, as it was cooler. The biggest problem for us (and this was my fault) is you have to go up about 5 flights of stairs to reach the unit. Typically not a problem for us, but I forgot that I had my 83 year old father with me. My oversight. So walking those flights of stairs multiple times a day was a struggle for him. So be warned in you have people in your party with mobility issues. aside from that, it was a fantastic stay in a private luxury suite. There were 5 in our party.

You can't beat the location of this property - it is in the heart of Old Town's square with all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Alex was a fantastic host who took the time to show us where to park and all the pertinent details of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend having a car while staying here because parking was far away, and expensive. However, I would recommend staying in this apartment. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the host company is very personable and organized.

This property met our needs in every way. We were given the details but I would like to request that the exact address be communicated more than a day before. As we were travelling I did not have the opportunity to check that the address on Expedia is different from the actual location. Everything in the apartment was to perfection and all the touches were appreciated. Coffee, tea, washing machine/dryer, kettle fridge, dishwasher. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you.

Communication with the team was fantastic. The apartment was in a great location and it was an absolutely beautiful area. Comfort and luxury to say the least. We would highly recommend this property.

Property was beautiful and has been finished to a very high standard. It had everything you need, was very clean, great location with lots to do around the area. Host was very helpful and gave a good explanation on some of the basics in the property. Didn’t want to leave!

The property is located right in the old market square in The Old City so it's very close to main tourist attractions. At the same time, the apartment is quiet at night so I could get good a good night's sleep. Communicating with the property's representative was easy and accurate, and overall I loved my stay and would recommend it to others.

It's advertised as a hotel not an appartement, it was hard to find, I got charged for late check in, the building is old and dirty at the entrance! the actual place is very old, I paid the equivalent of a very nice hotel but got this dreadful apartment instead!

What a magnificent property!! And right in the middle of the old town square. Spacious and modern - but with some old world charm. It was also our first time in Warsaw - and I was impressed with how clean and walkable the city is!

Väldigt fint boende mitt i gamla stan. Utmärkt service. Tänk på att hiss saknas och att det inte får installeras AC i dessa hus så kan tänka mig att det kan vara varmt på sommaren. Många trappor upp till boendet om du använder boendets parkering.

The best apartment!

We, a family with two teenagers, had a perfect stay in a perfect apartment in the middle of the Old town in Warszawa. It was spacious and luxurious with everything you need. Really good beds, two beautiful bathrooms and a big livingroom. Our host Alex was very nice and helpful. We have travelled around Europe and stayed in many apartments - this was the best!

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, THIS was the absolute BEST! Absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept. Modern amenities, lighting, and art as well as Roman/Greek accents and nice wood floors made this spacious stay a pleasure in every sense. The location is unbeatable being at the heart of Old Town. As if that was not enough, Laura, the property manager was the nicest, most accommodating, host we've ever had. She toured us, showed us how the many appliances, lights, and amenities worked and even ordered a taxi for us on Christmas morning! She truly went above and beyond! We can't wait to return!

Att åka till warsawa går så snabbt med flyg från Sverige! Vi hittade dessutom detta boende i den gamla delen av warsawa, 23 min med bil från flygplatsen Frederic Chopin! oerhört mysigt och prisvärt! Bra shopping! Det finns många olika restauranger i närheten, en liten matbutik, caféer, och just precis nu bygger de upp en skridskobana med bodar där man kan dricka varmt och äta lite gott utanför byggnaden vi bodde i. Snart tänds även all julbelysning upp i staden som vi såg de förberedde för fullt! Vi hade kontakt med Laura som var vår värd, vilket har gått väldigt smidigt via whatsapp, hon tar sig tiden och ser till att vi har allt vi önskar oss. Vårt flyg var försenat och vi ankom sent på kvällen, men hon mötte upp oss och hjälpte till med väskor! :) dessutom överraskade hon oss med en uppgradering på lägenheten! Allt var verkligen lyx, högt i tak, detaljrikt, fräscht, rent, man kunde se på Netflix och ljudsystemet var grymt! Som på bio! Det finns all utrustning man behöver i köket såsom vattenkokare, ugn, Mikro, skålar, glas, kastruller..ja allt! kaffet från espresso maskinen var riktigt mumsigt! Det finns olika tesorter också om man föredrar det :) det fanns mjölk i kylen till kaffet och även vatten på flaska. Det finns dessutom kontroller för ljussättningen i alla rum! Badrockar och tofflor får man, det fanns skålar i badrummen med tops och bomull, som sagt de små detaljerna var överraskande! Och som småbarnsförälder är de små ting så fantastiskt härligt! Vi hade med oss

Det fanns små hjärtan eller en blomma på toarullen när vi ankom, otroligt gulligt!
