This is a decent stay with quite reasonable facilities. The place is kept clean and comfy. I've seen anything distributing only by steps stepping on toes of other visitors. Surely some of them don't really care much and so they make things look worse. That's quite understandable. But otherwise the stay was nice. The only thing to note for future visitors is that you need to contact property ahead of time to receive instructions on how to get inside to your reserved space. There's no visible personnel on site, so you have to take care of this before showing up at the place.
The owner is very unfriendly, arrogant, and rude. We booked his hostel for 20 people, but he assigned us the wrong room. When we asked to change rooms for our group, not only did he charge us a switching fee, but he also used offensive language to insult us.
I could not enter my room l booked a room for women only but it has men

Do not recommend!!! This property is misleading. What you book has nothing to do with what you get. I booked a non-refundable female only room for a maximum of 3 people. When I arrived, I was placed in room for 4 people and had to sleep with 3 additional males in the room. The so called boss that I was referred to talk over the phone, was not helpful. Basically, I was told to take the room they give me or go and look for other accommodations after a long trip and tons of luggage. Not a pleasant experience!
I used to believe hostel are shaped by fellow travelers. I was wrong. Here, it’s the admin — specifically Lady-Ludmila — that ruins it.
During my 1st stay, I poured coffee from a thermos that was next to the kettle in the shared kitchen, assuming it was communal. The next morning, I was falsely accused of theft. Ludmila escalated the situation, rallying long-term guests (mostly Ukrainians) into a mob, hurling insults and racial slurs. I had to call the police to stop the aggression. I stand 6 feet tall, and ex-military, and that was my only recourse (ask yourselves why?). Unsurprisingly, Ludmila disappeared once the police were on the way. And the thermos owner, was like oh, sorry, all is good now. (they tried to extort me for money before this)
This wasn’t the first clash — the day before, she tried to evict me from a common area mid-breakfast to give the table to others. I refused, calmly but firmly.
I returned Oct 5th for 2-nights that were prepaid, bringing my own huge mug & coffee to avoid more issues. I sat quietly under a camera all day working. Yet, when someone’s charger went missing, Ludmila again accused me without evidence. Owner upon arrival asked me to leave..
This place operates in paranoia and bias, not hospitality. As a local, I was treated worse than a stranger. Avoid this place unless you want a headache. Only thing you hear all day, is the sound of a mad woman, screaming. At that age, how is it even possible, must be the boredom - to the point of TEDIUM!!
Continuation of my other review (not enough space):
No questions. No evidence. Just assumptions. That’s when it hit me — this wasn’t a one-off. This hostel runs on paranoia, where guests are treated as suspects first, humans second. Accusations get thrown around freely, especially if you’re not part of the inner circle.
There's no professional conflict resolution — only finger-pointing, mob mentality, and toxic involvement from the so-called staff, especially the lady admin, whose behavior is not only hostile but seemingly endorsed by management
The saddest part? I’m a local — treated like an outsider, even a threat, while staff and ownwer create/cater for a hostile bubble that rewards bias and intimidation over fairness. Had a pretty nice chat with all the individuals here otherwise.
I’m now seriously considering legal action for the harassment and false accusations I experienced. Good thing i have everything documented with multiple videos of assaults and discrimination. Part of me doesnt care. But it’s not just about me. What about guests who don’t speak the language, who have no resources, who can’t stand up for themselves when targeted? Who are in marginalised positions? Who speaks for them?
Because believe me — I wasn’t the first, and I won’t be the last to be treated this way. This place has deep cultural and managerial problems that go beyond bad service. They reflect a complete failure of a system, that gets rewarded only to start this vicious cycle again..
