「The room was clean but was not as advertised. The room was supposed to have a couch but there was no couch in the room. Instead, there was just a chair placed where the couch should have been. There was a hole the size of a fist in the carpet in the room and the toilet seat was extremely loose upon arriving. I did contact the front desk and they went up and fixed the toilet seat. For the price that they advertised the room for, for one night it was not worth the cost. It needs better...

「The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.」

「My only complaint was I had asked in advance if I could check in early and was told I could and when I showed up they said I still could but it was going to be $20.00 to check in 15 minutes early… I had to, but it was a little ridiculous. Next time, you should inform the guests ahead of time.」

「Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!」
