Manque de bon sens

Je trouve très dommage qu’un jour de canicule, je n’aie pas été logé ailleurs que sous les combles. Il n’y avait pas de clim et la chaleur était étouffante. L’hôtel n’était pas plein et il est certains que d’autres chambres étaient dispo. J’aurais apprécié que le réceptionniste fasse preuve de discernement et de bon sens. L’hôtel reste néanmoins recommandable car le reste est ok. Il conviendrait aussi de changer la tête de lit de la chambre que j’ai occupé qui était très usée.

Das Hotel ist zu Fuß sehr einfach vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und durch einen Schlüsselsafe war die Anreise auch zu später Stunde möglich.

😀Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber und der Junge Mann an der Rezeption der die Spätschicht hat war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung ☹️Beim Betreten des Hotels kommt einem ein sehr unangenehmer modriger Geruch entgegen, der sich leider durch das ganze Haus zieht. Unser Zimmer hatte mit dem auf den Bildern im Internet auch nichts zu tun. Es lag im zweiten Stock mit Dachschräge. Das Badezimmer war so klein dass man nicht mal die Tür richtig öffnen konnte. Außerdem hing eine Steckdose direkt aus der Wand, der Schrank war kaputt und das Zimmer hatte allgemein leider überhaupt keinen Charm. Der Herr mit dem wir heute Morgen beim auschecken noch einmal über die Probleme sprechen wollten war sehr angriffslustig, ließ uns zu keiner Zeit ausreden und kam uns auch kein bisschen entgegen. Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, und für 130€ die Nacht viel zu teuer. Nie wieder!!!

Geschmackvoll und Erstklassig

Ein netter Empfang machte das Ankommen nach 8 Stunden Autofahrt sehr angenehm. Das neue, sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer nimmt einen im frisch und sauber in Empfang. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Ich habe die beiden Tage hier sehr genossen.

Gut, sauber, moderne Einrichtung

Schön, alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Wegen Corona gibt es ein Lunchpaket anstatt Frühstück. Was gut gemeint aber weniger gut war: Boxspring Queenbett, dass mit 2 schmalen Marratzen & Topping darauf bestückt war, die extrem weich waren und die Matratzen links und rechts wegrutschten, so dass man in der Mitte in eine Kuhle rutscht. Was echt nervig war. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Very spacious, clean and modern room. Excellent for business / working trips as it has good WiFi and a big desk. Location is also good, 5 minutes walk from the centre where all the restaurants are and less than 5 minutes walk from the train station.
