「Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. 」

「本次住宿我支付了 AUD 384，但整體體驗卻極為失望。 首先，房間內竟未提供基本備品——吹風機。當晚櫃台已關閉，我致電飯店僅被告知需等到隔天早上 9:30 之後才能提供，對於當下急需使用的情況毫無協助。最終我不得不向其他房客借用，極為不便，且令人感到尷尬。 顯然此為貴方工作疏失，忘記於房內擺放設備。但更令人在意的是，整個過程中飯店方面並未給予任何道歉或合理處理，完全忽視客人感受與基本服務品質。」

「We had an absolutely amazing stay at Santai Resort in Casuarina. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful Balinese-inspired décor made us feel like we’d been transported to Bali. 「There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.」

「This was a great little spot. We only had one night here before heading up to Brisbane but would happily have stayed longer. The rooms were good sizes, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was amazing. A short stroll up the road to some yummy eateries and a supermarket. There was a bit of noise- friday night so thats probably expected, but other than that I cant really fault it.」
