「When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. Our room was on the top floor and when he was asked about a status update for repairs he said there are the steps. 「This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. 「I have stayed here many times and for the price you really can’t complain. However, we only had two bath towel towels, one washcloth and no soap. I tried to get in touch with the staff, but they did not answer so I just went to the dollar store and bought what I needed. Again for the price it can’t be beat. Just know you’re not in a Hilton.」
