「We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....

「We rented 3 condos for a ski trip in the Eastern Townships. They were very comfortable, clean, and tastefully appointed. Pool and hot tub also were much appreciated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Minor note is that washer and dryer are actually coin-operated machines in the building basement, so make sure to plan accordingly.」
