"The only real restaurant that was on site wasn’t open Monday or Tuesday so dining was poor and there is no breakfast available."

"It was good for a night but when we asked for a 2nd floor room we were advised they were all booked. But there were no cars in the parking lot. That night our worst fears came true. Whoever was staying in the room above was came in loud and rowdy at 1030pm and didn't stop making noises till about 1245am. It was very disturbing and we couldn't sleep. I don't feel like the place was booked up on 2nd floor I feel like the desk person just didn't want to change the room she put us in. I don't think we'll be staying there again."

"Great breakfast. Safe and free parking. At check out, the Caucasian woman who I believe may have been the manager was VERY rude to a person who was checking out. She threatened to charge for an additional day because he was checking out at 11:05am. When my husband gave her our key card at 11:07am she threw it across the counter in anger and made a unnecessary comment."

"Building is under a much needed renovation. Ive been staying here since 2019 and this is the worst its been with cleaning of general areas ...pool is closed for renovation and rooms not done are very run down. However newly done areas look FANTASTIC!"

"The place is next to the Ft Campbell base which is nice. We were seeing my nephew home from Kuwait. He was delayed so we had to wait until Saturday 1am for his landing. We expected him Friday. The door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock, which I discussed with Mrs Garrett over the phone. She grew frustrated that I manually locked it and then said she would give me the code to the lock box reluctantly. She mentioned she was worried I would make a copy of the key to the home. I assured her I am not even close from around here and I am clearly under her security camera surveillance at all times and will put the keys right back into the lock box . Which I promptly did. We still were never able to leave the property with locked doors. I think the battery was dying or something. The beds were uncomfortable. I felt the springs. But the home was nicely set up and decorated. It smelled nice. It was clean and had TVs in every room that worked great. There are a list of rules you must follow including cleaning out the grill coals. That was odd to me. I’ve never been asked to do that and must have been watched on camera because I got an email as soon as I used the grill to remind me to not leave the grill with coals in it . When I left I sent them a message letting them know I followed all their rules and still lock the door. They sent me an email saying they left me good reviews and to please leave them one as well . I’ve been asked 3 times to leave a review. I normally would not . "
