「Property phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Their landline doesn't work at all. They have separate mobile phone numbers which you can not find on the Internet. We missed our flight and tried to contact the property and were unable to do so. when we reached there the next day and asked them for refund/credit for a day, they said they can't do it since they were not informed. I also message them thru Expedia tho. Other than that it was a good experience staying there, the staff is...

「I think this is the best location to stay in Port Blair by a large margin, with excellent views and a quiet area without traffic. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the cleanliness level of the bedding though. Also, they don't give enough towels etc by default and you have to ask the staff to fix this. In house restaurant and bar are just fine. Amaya rooftop bar/restaurant in Seashell resort next door is the best place to eat in all of Port Blair.」

「What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.」

「Cleanliness of room was good. Quality of service was good except morning packed breakfast. Hotel amenities was good except wifi was working in reception only and mobile network is also not present in room.」

「Dishonest Expedia listing. Hotel was a 15 minute uphill walk from the location shown on the Expedia map. Listing said credit cards accepted but they not only demanded cash but couldn't provide change. Hotel was ok for price but I would not have stayed there but for the dishonest listing」

「We stayed there for one night but there was loud music going on on their terrace which they did not slow down the music even after I complained. The music went on till 11pm , I complained twice after that they stopped. 」
