Found them working hard, clearing snow during the snowstorm that came in, making sure the coffee was hot and fresh, clearing snow at the entrance to the hotel allowing a protected area for my elderly mother to get in without walking through the snow. 」

「This hotel was in a nice and safe area. It has dining options around it. The gym was nice, but machines were broken (treadmill) and it only had one towel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with healthy options - hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. The coffee machine worked well and there were a good variety of condiments for bagels and breads. It was clean and well maintained, other than the fitness area.」

「Shower head was clogged - weak flow and poor stream. Told front desk of issue. They installed new head that same day so the shower at night was great. Very clean room and considerate staff. Would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. 」
