What stood out was that Hotels.com never made my reservation. Red Roof luckily had a room and their service was good. Hotels.com's however stunk!

Front office staff were very nice. Room was very quiet and beds comfortable. Disappointed by stained ceiling tiles in bathroom, dirty floor in bath and toilet did not flush properly. Hope these issues get addressed.
