「Me and my partener stayed over the weekend the room was lovely clean tidy staff were polite only thing that ruined it was one of the cleaners on level 10 knocked on my door twice asking me for a pound she was saying she needed it for her bus pass and that she needed 3 pounds for it i said to her i had no change and that i was in bed and she left this was not something i expected to be woke up to and was most upset as our break up till then had been great 」

「The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are...

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」
