「Very good stay. Very nice inside and good rooms. Very central in Detroit. Reception staff very good. Concierge very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the house keeping. Had to ask for housekeeping 3 times and when they did attend, they brought new towels and left the old dirty ones, did not make up the beds - just dropped off coffee and towels. Spoils a very good hotel.」

「Wonderful stay at The Element Hotel Detroit. We came in for a one-night stay last minute to experience Day 3 of the NFL Draft with our son. The hotel was super convenient to everything, and very nice. They had some fun events going on with pop-up shops when we checked in and they were super welcoming of kids. 「It’s a great place to stay downtown Detroit. Only $35 parking. The vallet and service counter staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in the perfect spot where you can walk to any stadium or theater. Room are very spacious, clean, and comfortable we are definitely going to stay here again!」

「It was a great stay...the only complaints is that the pillows could be upgraded..and maybe figure out the issue with the cable as the cable kept going out saying error no signal. Other that the room was clean and comfortable..shower was hot. Definitely will come back!!」
