A great stay!

The cabin we stayed in at Wallaroo Holiday park was great! We could see the water from the door and window, it was a lovely view! We got to witness an amazing sunset and we also got to see the ferry coming into Wallaroo from Lucky Bay and leaving Wallaroo for Lucky Bay.

Stayed in the Spa Villa for a birthday weekend. The amenities of the park are amazing, with the petting zoo being an amazing highlight. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was amazing to have large windows in the living room and main bedroom looking straight out to the beach and ocean. Will absolutely be returning as soon as we can.

Exscellent stay

I went with two Friends on this short holiday to Wallaroo Holiday Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which is situated directly across from the beach. The Villa was well equiped and very comfortable for three adults. The bedrooms and bedding were clean and the bathroom was well equiped and clean. The staff at check-in were fri8endly and obliging and explained the process of getting into and out of the park through the boom gates. We were all elderly woman in our 70's and found everything in the Villa easy to access. We intend to return to the Park early next year. We recommond this facility to eveveryone because of the friendly staff, the accommodation, the view of the sea from the villa and the beautiful sunsets seen from the villa.

The unit and overall park was very clean and quite. I loved how its directly located on the beach and we also enjoyed other play areas on the park. They also have a jumping pillow which is extremely fun for all the family.

When we arrived at Wallaroo Holiday Park they had no record of our booking, despite us having received a confirmation email from LastMinute. Luckily, there had been a cancellation in a similar cabin so we were able to check in. If not for this, we would have been stranded without accomodation. The room was a good size and well laid-out with a huge bathroom and nice kitchen. Unless you had brought all your pots, pans, bowls and cooking supplies from home, however, you couldn’t really make use of the cooking facilities as there was only 1 small pot big enough to boil an egg or two and not much else. The view from the cabins is wonderful. The windows, however, were so caked with sand that we had to wash them ourselves before we could see out of them. Our king bed was nice but had sand between the sheets. Once we had sorted out these issues, our stay was comfortable enough. The park has wifi but it could not be accessed from our cabin - we had to walk back to the kiosk and sit outside it if we wanted to use this service. Overall there were some positives to our stay. The location right on the beach was wonderful, as was the proximity to the new Wallaroo Kitchen cafe on North Beach (definitely worth a visit). Given the price point for our 3-night stay, and the issues we encountered, I do not think we would choose to stay here again though.
