「Very old building, but the room was modern yet maintaining the atmosphere of a 400 year-old inn
Evening meal was good with multi choices breakfast also
Would stay here again without hesitation
Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful」
「Lovely owners who were very welcoming. Right in the middle of town and almost next door The Prince of Wales pub. Very good breakfast. Lovely room and nice comfy bed. Highly recommended.」

「Excellent location for walking the moors. Noisy road if on the ‘hill view’ side.

Room very grubby and needs a makeover.
Staff lovely and polite. Only 2 people I saw, chef and the young man who did everything else.
Parking great. Plenty of it.
The park literally on your door step.」
