「I work for a utility company in the area so I stay here during storm when I walked in to check in the front desk recognized me asked me how I had been. I hadn’t been there since April and for them to remember me was really great customer service.」

「I was on a business trip. I arrived late because of a snow storm and the person checking me in was very nice and friendly, taking the time to see that I could get to my room and not get lost. Checkout the next morning was quick and easy. That person checking me out again was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the cleanliness wasn't to do with my room, but the hall carpeting could use a good cleaning or maybe even replacement.」

「酒店地处鲍登大学和maine街的交接处，所以无论是去大学还是游玩都方便极了；酒店布置有特色，室内室外都舒适至极；酒店员工热情健谈，特别是早餐，虽然不是免费的，但非常值得品尝，太美味且量足，特别是pancake，我们住了两晚，两次早餐点了三次，非常好吃。以后会再选择这里。」

「Stayed here christmas dayas I had broken my foot and wanted to find a place to at was open, homey and no stairs due to being in wheelchair. This hotel had gorgeous spacious clean rooms. Bed was very comfy. Room was stocked with cutlery items and extra pillows and linens. staff was helpful and very accommodating They even allowed me to check in early and had a pack and play crib already in the room for me on arrival.
