"We were very tired after arriving from a long flight. But the staff at Hotel Allegra really made me smile as soon as I got there. We checked in later in the evening, and we were greeted by friendly staff. They also recognized me right away, which was astonishing. The lobby and rooms were beautiful, especially with the wooden accents and features. The shower had a really good pressure, and the rooms were clean with lots of storage and thoughtful places to place your belongings The breakfast buffet was adequate for the price. Great selection of breads, cereals, and beverages. The hot items didn't look like much in the warmers, but that's because they were replenishing it consistently with fresh products. I just wish the hot items had a little bit more options. But overall, the staff is what made this place a great stay. It was also our first hotel in Zurich and they really helped me fall in love with Zurich. "
