Hotel Garni is an excellent place to stay in the lovely German town of Waldeck, fantastic base to explore from.

Schönes Zimmer mit Weitblick. Erfrischender Pool. Klasse Frühstücksbuffet im schön hellen Frühstücksraum mit Blick in die Landschaft. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Getränkekühlschrank um ggf. etwas zu spielen o.ä. Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit. Alles klasse. Kleiner Negativpunkt aus unserer Sicht sind die deutlich zu harten Matratzen. Laut Hoteleigentümerin ist das aber eher so gewollt und die Gäste würden das so überwiegend positiv bewerten…naja…

Ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und man kann jederzeit nachfragen wenn man meint es fehlt etwas. Eine gute feste Matratze vorgefunden und in meinem EZ hatte ich ein KingSize-Bett-da hatte ich ausreichend Platz! Getränke kann man auf Vertrauensbasis aus einem Gemeinschaftskühlschrank nehmen. Die Sauna wird auf Verlangen gegen Gebühr jederzeit angeschaltet. Das Bad war auch hell und groß genug - (einige Flecken hinter der Türe auf den Kacheln) Ansonsten alles gut und sauber. Komme gerne wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten hervorragend habe selten so gut geschlafen. Das Hallenbad sehr sauber, Wasser war sehr erfrischend und hatte die richtige Temperatur zum Schwimmen. Umgebungstemperatur war mir persönlich etwas zu warm. Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat keinen meiner Wünsche offen gelassen. Jederzeit übernachte ich hier gerne wieder, wenn ich in Waldeck bin. Kleiner negativ Punkt der Teppich im Flur ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein refresh. Dies ist aber bereits meckern aus hohem Niveau.

Schönes Hotel mit leidenschaftlicher Gastgeberin

Gemütliches Hotel mit modernisierten Räumen. Die Lage am Edersee und ein kleines EZ waren für meine Zwecke perfekt. Bett bequem. Frühstücksbüfett vollkommen ausreichend. Sauberkeit einwandfrei. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Klasse finde ich, dass mir eine MeinCard Plus für den Aufenthalt ausgehändigt wurde, die an zahlreichen Stellen freien Eintritt oder Vergünstigungen sowie Fahrten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bietet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche Gastgeberin, die Service am Gast bestens versteht! Dies ist heutzutage nur noch sehr selten zu finden. Ich war rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder :)

Hotel auf dem Berg

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und hatte keinen Safe. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück waren alle belegt, so mussten wir außerhalb parken; war aber kein Problem. Kleines und enges Bad, schon etwas abgewohnt. Licht im Bad könnte besser sein. Frühstück war sehr gut, trotz knapper Auswahl. Das Essen beim Griechen im Dorf war exzellent.
