"Friendly staff and excellent location "

"The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom. I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous. "

"We had a room with city view on 3rd floor and it was light and pleasant. I personally would not like a windowless room. The restaurant was very good and the checking process straightforward. Excellent location for our purposes"

"Room was adequate and the hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront. If you are driving a car here, be sure to reserve a spot in the garage prior to arrival. "

"Earthquake prone building, only 15% of new build strength. Stained carpet and blinds, possibly due to leaky windows. Duct tape on the bathroom windows! Bath stained. Noisy due to leaky window frames, despite double glazing. Pluses were the nice bed and large rooms."
