「Waikoloa beach villa is a beautiful place to stay. Everything was very clean, quiet and relaxing. Our villa was very close to the pool. We had access to and did use the girll next to the pool and the picnic area right outside of the pool. Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties was very nice. She answered any questions I had right away. I would recommend this place for anyone but especially if you are taking a family vacation. 「This is a very nice condo in a good location. The furnishings were as expected. It was unfortunate that the cleaning personnel had left a dirty towel from previous guest hanging on the bathroom door when we arrived. Otherwise it was fairly clean. It was also a minor inconvenience that they were repairing walkways in and out of the unit for our entire stay. But they were doing repairs so that is a plus. We had everything we needed at the unit and Our contact, Michelle, was very helpful and quick...

「Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit」

「This property was exactly as described and pictured. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The inclusion of a pass to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is very nice to have as it gives you free access to the gated parking lot, and to the cabanas and beach loungers (first come, first served). Snorkelling was also pretty good at this beach. 」
