「Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price」

「Location was good and clean. Paying full amount before arriving not desirable. TV selection minimal. We spoke with owner only once at beginning of our stay only because we caught them as they were leaving, hospitality non existent.」

「The owner is nice. Cleaning fee seems a bit high. The house is spacious. Some noise from neighbours at night.」
