「Das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem, was ich gebucht hatte: Ich hatte ein (teureres) Businesszimmer gebucht, bekam aber ein heruntergewirtschaftetes Monteurzimmer mit Spinnweben, dreckiger Tischdecke, dreckigem Fußboden, defekter und uralter Inneneinrichtung etc. Die Fenster boten keinen Schallschutz vor dem Lärm der direkt vor dem Haus verlaufenden Hauptverkehrsstraße. Im Zimmer war geraucht worden. Check-out war um 9 Uhr und nicht, wie in der Buchung angegeben, um 12 Uhr.」

I am Hilton Gold Member and I pay 130eur for two peole at 4star hotel (no Hilton hotels nearby hence me booking with this property). 「Wir waren dort, weil wir ein Konzert in Bad Salzuflen besucht hatten. Zum Konzerthaus sind es gute 10 bis 15 Minuten durch ein Wohnviertel bis zum Kurpark. Das Hotel ist mehr ein umgebautes Mehrfamilienhaus mit 19 Zimmern auf 3 Etagen, wobei wir ganz oben im Dachgeschoss waren. Die Hitze war erträglich, lag aber mehr daran, dass wir in der Nacht die Fenster weit öffneten konnten und es keine tropische Nacht war. Es gab zwar einen neuen Ventilator für uns, aber bei Hitze helfen die auch nicht...
