「Perfect boutique hotel」

「入住時發生了小插曲，飯店很快幫我們換了房間，回來時還發現了小卡片跟小禮物，很棒的危機處理與服務，房間非常舒適，只可惜離市區有段距離」

「I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. 」

The property was very classy and clean and the area felt safe. My room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed 6 nights and my room was equipped with everything I needed. I never heard any of my neighbors and rarely ran into anyone in the halls or elevators. I would definitely stay at the Porter House Hotel in Sydney again....
