「One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. 「Great location!! Close to the market and lots of other shops and restaurants. Make sure not to go if heavy rains. The actual location of hotel is safe from flooding but, the areas around are not. I was disappointed because we had to cut our trip short due to flooding. I would go back and stay there again if I had a chance.」

「Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great except for the construction outside our room which we were told about before our stay. Very convenient to shopping and the harbour. Would definitely stay there again.」

「The property was beautiful. I loved the coffee machines on each floor and the gym was lovely. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and historical landmarks. We had very rainy weather while visiting and they even had plenty of large umbrellas for guests to use. 」
