"Staff were helpful, plentiful and kind. The hotel is brand new and the staff are still finding their feet.
The hotel doesn’t yet have a drinks licence which was a shame and they struggled taking payment on check out. A few power cuts too which I guess is normal for such a new property.
Airport pickup worked very well and dinner one night on the restaurant was splendid."

"We stayed for one night and checked in about 11pm from a very hectic journey but instead of having a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities, we were working up by Kirtan playing loudly on a speaker for about three hours, which we were informed later that it was being broadcast live from Harmindar Sahib
I think the hotel management need to be mindful of guests who may not want to hear this in the early hours of the morning especially when they have booked a luxury hotel for a relaxed stay."

"The experience of our stay was excellent. We have stayed here previously on two occasions and the service remains outstanding.
I can recommend this hotel highly, the food and presentation was exquisite.
Special thanks to Kuldeep, Jasmeen, Amarjit , Chandra and Rajendra. Apologies if I missed anyone out. Shout out to all the housekeeping staff, amazing.

"Food was poor. Amritsari fish was deep fried with a dark brown crust (as if fried 3-4 times). Chicken was served cold and had to send it back to get it warmed up. Did not order mains after this experience."
