"A Night Under the Stars Like No Other
Wild Oryx Camp Bubbles is one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life — and every detail proves it.
The staff are simply the soul of this place. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate, they anticipated every need and made us feel truly special from arrival to departure.
The bubble rooms are pure magic. Sleeping beneath a canopy of stars with the desert sprawling around you is breathtaking. Impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and far more spacious than expected.
The air conditioning deserves special mention — maintaining a blissfully cool interior while the desert blazes outside is an absolute stroke of genius. Comfort and spectacle in perfect harmony.
The food was a revelation. Fresh, generous, and beautifully presented — dining under the open sky as the sun melted into the horizon is a memory I'll carry forever.
The excursions were the perfect finale. Expertly guided, awe-inspiring, and full of wonder. Our guide's passion brought the landscape alive in ways I never expected.
This isn't just accommodation — it's an experience that recalibrates your sense of wonder."
"We are from the United States and everything at this camp was great. The four hour tour in the truck of Wadi Rum was outstanding and particularly great was the Kamel tour we took at sunrise in the morning what a blessing. All five of us had our own camels and there were three baby camels along in our caravan and we just loved it. Food was also very good and the people were very friendly. The off road truck was a little rough but the views and off road ride was part of the wonderful experience. I also liked the private nature of the camp well into the park and not near modern roads."
"I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars.
The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead.
The check-in process was also quite frustrating. The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and we had to spend a significant amount of time proving payment by showing our receipt. While the receptionist wasn’t very professional, the rest of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
On the positive side, the location is absolutely stunning, the food was excellent, and most of the staff were wonderful. The room itself was modern and beautifully designed — we really loved it. They did offer us a free upgrade due to the check-in issues, but we declined because we wanted to keep the view.
One thing to note: the price felt quite high. At over 600 CAD per night, I found it significantly overpriced for what was provided.
Also worth knowing: You need to pay a 10 USD entrance fee per person to access Wadi Rum (20 USD for two). Upon arrival, you park your car in the designated area and a pickup truck from the camp will take you the rest of the way.
Despite the issues with the AC and check-in, the incredible location and beautiful roo"
