We have booked for two nights. They first gave us a room still under renovation. We asked for another room but the lady at the reception (maybe the owner, not sure) simply said no other room available and ignored us.
At night we talked to another guy who seemed to be another owner. He was more helpful and asked the lady we talked to earlier to come to our room with me, to see what my compliant was. I didn't understand why she needed to take a look of the room as surely she knew what the problem was. She finally agreed to change our room the next day. Without the request of the guy, this lady won't accommodate our needs at all. We didn't get any compensation for staying in such a unsatisfied for the first night.
Secondly, two ladies at the reception (including the one mentioned above) were not really patient nor sincere. English is not our mother tongue and their accent was a bit strong that sometimes we might not be able to understand of what they said. In such case, we would try to clarify with them, and the lady would say something like "I have told you already. What's your problem?" Very bad services and impression.
Can't understand why they could let their guests stay in such a room with a normal price. Why they didn't mention it in the booking? Also, there should be mini bar and free bottles of water as said in our booking. But we had nothing at all. Kinda cheating.
For the first night, we had a dirty chair but no table, no hangers at all.
