"My room had a smell when inquired at front desk I was told floors 1&2 were pet floors so I was in a pet room but I had no pet…nothing was offered to deal with smell and when I asked housekeeping for air freshener she did not understand English "

"We did book through an online alternate site vs directly so dinner make a difference? we were given a handicapped room which we didn’t request. But no problem with that- had nice feature such as door peek hole at right level, large bathroom. But room condition was just ok. Toilet bowl didn’t leak but had cracks, shampoo & crème rinse was in tiny packets vs more eco friendly bottles attached to shower. Had a number of lamps but only a few bulbs worked in some and tv remote was bizzare - click on a show and would get something else. Kinda fun guessing what to watch. "

"Blood stain on bedspread. No housekeeping to change beds. We had to remove blood stain spread ourselves. Only gave a top sheet and blanket to make our own bed.Daughter was locked in restroom. She did not lock it herself. We had to call front desk to get her out. No maintenance was available to fix door from locking again."

"This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice. "
