「The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be...

「This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this. 」

「Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. 」
