Value for money hotel , not luxury but comfortable

The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) . Your staff was very polite . Thanks

I really wanted this to be a very positive review. There were many benefits at this hotel. Room was modern, clean, spacious and bright. Even facing the city, we could see the ocean. Front Beach and the boardwalk was one block away. Restaurants, cafes and bars were along the main road. Close drive to ferries. Breakfast was..OK. Not too vegetarian friendly but the egg-station was great. Coffee was terrible. We had an incident in our room which caused me to give this hotel a 3-star rating. On the second afternoon, we came back and discovered a giant cockroach in our room (7th floor). My son killed it and we called housekeeping to spray the bathroom. Over the next 30 minutes, we killed another 5-6 baby cockroaches. Awful! They offered to move us to a different room. We packed up our stuff, got to the room and the front door had issues! We waited for them to fix but had to leave to keep our dinner plans. We rerurned at 10:30pm, only to be told we had to move rooms AGAIN because they couldn't fix door issue. I appreciate that they tried to remedy the situation but I may be inclined to try a different hotel next time.

Staff was very friendly. The only thing that let my stay down was both nights I went down for breakfast at 6am and both times the pot of coffee was cold and the tea was so weak it tasted like milk and water. I also thought there was lack of variety, hot meals was very bland. Coco pops was very soft and soggy both times, very obvious to me they use the same bowl of cereal instead of using fresh. Cakes were very nice though, only good thing I can say about breakfast unfortunately. Both mornings I ended up going out for breakfast afterwards.

The staff were great, friendly and responsive. Room was not the best though. Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, the cleaners took away my shower curtain (don't know why) and did not replace, so water from showering went everywhere. aided by a loose fitting for the shower head - which the staff were aware of but did not fix or move me to another room - however I did not ask to be moved in any case. Power point in room was already burnt out so could not be used. When asked to extend my checkout time I was told this would at an additional cost - however later that night the manager informed me there would be no charge.

I enjoyed the room but after eating at the morning buffet I got diarrhea and still have it days later. I only had one mela there and one in the restaurant downstairs no place else. Would I stay there again? NO!

위치는 프론트비치 시내중심가에요. 반컷하고 마사지 기타 펍이 걸어서 근처에 많습니다. 호텔 바로옆 로컬식당에서 코끼리조개구이가 맛있습니다. 호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 조식도 괜찮습니다. 수영장은 작은게 하나있고 헬스장도 있어요. 호텔에서 잠만자고 엑티비티하실분들이 가면 좋겠습니다
