「Arrived late one evening to check in. Reception demanded the tourist tax in cash. Reception staff quite grumpy and not friendly or welcoming. No mention of the need for cash in the booking confirmation or any correspondence beforehand so wasn't carrying enough with me. Offered to pay card and they said no but get cash tomorrow and pay tomorrow. I thought ok no problem. However, 10am next morning cleaner comes barging into 4 of our rooms without knocking or any warning whilst still sleeping to...

「Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning in the bedroom in the family suite. With 40 degree heat in summer a fan just blew warm air around room it was like a sauna. We ended up having to move mattresses into the lounge part and sleep on the floor just so we could cool down enough to sleep. Staff very friendly and lovely breakfast with gorgeous honey. If rooms were air conditioned we would return however due to not having this we could unfortunately not return 😕」

「Instant beach access and very clear water. Apartment was clean and the host was very responsive to any queries. Only small negative was sometimes loud entertainment from hotel next door」

「Infestation de fourmis dans notre lit à notre retour à la chambre. La réception n’a rien pu faire, nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel le soir même. On nous a promis un remboursement par courriel, qui n’a jamais été effectué. Service décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles.」

「Das Essen war zu wenig frisch immer gleich & zu wenig Auswahl. Die Fliegen & Wespen waren immer auf dem Essen. Mein Duvett welches ich aus dem Schrank zusätzlich hervorgekommen habe wurde tagelang bis zum Schluss nicht mit einem Lacken bezogen. Unhygienisch. 」

「Food served was amazing cooked on premises. Rooms serviced more regularly than hotels. Easy commute to other villages in the area. 10 minutes stroll to beach and shops, bars and club along front and to shops along same street. Friendly staff and nice pool area」
