「We had a wonderful stay at Solaris this July. Even though we were in a central location, the complex is relaxed in the day and quiet at night. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, whether that be bringing us a cocktail to our lounger, or reserving us a table at a highly recommended restaurant nearby. 「Horrible rooms and receptionist. Please avoid unless necessary. We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....

We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work).
