"Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. "stayed here for 10 days in late august. nice modern and clean apartment with regular cleaning and friendly staff. there is a great beachside bar called Hemmingway's too, which had the best food with great portions along the beach front in Lourdas."

"We arrived for a late-night stay before moving to our next stop on our trip. The room was clean and inviting, the staff were very professional and welcoming, we left before the breakfast and the staff packed breakfast for the kids for us to go, we appreciated it a lot!"

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location, the room is small but has everything you need for a short break . The shower was really small so larger people may struggle in there but the water pressure was great and a lovely rain shower too. We booked a sea view room which as we were on the 1st floor this was only if you looked to the side , the balcony is also small but we still really enjoyed our stay, as we were only there 2 nights we didn’t ask for a different room. "

"Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "

"Our family had a great experience for 7 nights at Avithos resort. super close to the airport (9 minute), excellent location! Room has a fully furnished kitchen and a welcoming balcony! pool area is super well maintained and has enough chairs for all guests! Food is amazing and super tasty (until 9 pm only). Beautiful views and sunsets! kristina helped us reserve a private boat to Zakynthos and is super knowledgeable! Hotel is close to two beaches, small markets, 15 min to a bigger grocery store!! Absolutely recommend it!!!"
