Номер не соответствовал фотографиям при бронировании. Телевизор не работал, розетки болтались.,матрасы съезжали с кровати , паркет скрипел и.т.д. Вызвали электрика, который пытался исправить, но он сказал, что антенна не работает и посоветовал просить о смене номера.

Хороший отель в центре Воронежа.

Отель расположен в центре Воронежа. Собственно говоря, в одном здании расположены сразу два отеля: А-Отель Брно и Азимут, с одной общей стойкой регистрации. Отель чистый, приятный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. Стандартные номера небольшие, но всё необходимое имеется: бесплатная вода, чай, кофе, стаканы, чашки, шампунь, гель для душа, телевизор, телефон, щётка для обуви, рожок. Завтрак для отеля 3* очень и очень приличный. Одним словом, всё понравилось. Одно маленькое замечание. При заселении молодой человек уточнил про оплату (мы оплачивали сразу через Hotels.com с завтраками). Уточнил, посмотрел - подтвердил, что всё в порядке. А утром, сразу после завтрака, девушка сообщила нам, что у нас один завтрак, якобы не оплачен. Я показал ей бронь в приложении, на что она как-то неуверенно заявила, что если бронировали и оплачивали номер на двоих, то там включён, типа, завтрак только на одного человека. Я показал ей цены на номер на двоих без завтрака, на номер с завтраком и показал примечание, где указана стоимость одного завтрака но человека. Получалось, что оплачен завтрак на двух человек. Позже, при выселении, молодой человек снова поднял вопрос оплаты завтрака. Ему было показано письмо с подтверждением бронирования, где было написано, что в цену включено: завтрак и бесплатная парковка. Инцидент был исчерпан. Но осадочек немного остался...

За такую- то цену и столько плюсов!

Отличное место расположения- самый центр. Дружелюбный обслуживающий персонал. Великолепный завтрак! Цена!!! Единственный минус- ночью шумно от транспорта, но ведь центр, ничего не поделаешь- центр всё-таки.

В Воронеже были проездом, на одну ночь, поэтому искали не дорогой вариант в центре. Но все же хотелось бы чтобы в кровати не чувствовались пружины.И лестницу трудно найти, в случае пожара не поймешь куда бежать. Обслуживание было быстрым и вежливым.Плюс: парковка рядом.

Слабая троечка

Плюсы: расположение, старательный респешн (помогали во всем), ресторанчик в лобби (кормят вкусно), сам номер достаточно просторный, с комфортными кроватями, чистой ванной. Минусы: надо было поработать, так это реальный трэш! Письменный стол, рядом с которым нет розеток вообще. Пришлось располагаться на тумбочке с ноутбуком, что крайне неудобно. Горничные часов до 8 вечера уборкой занимались, причем тележку бросили у моего номера, и там верещала рация - слышимость очень сильная из коридора, мешало. В ванной вообще никаких крючков для полотенец, что тоже не удобно. Но в целом, по соотношению цена/качество очень неплохое, дешевле только хостелы. А здесь намного удобнее же! В целом же,

Отель в центре города

Отель в центре города,рядом остановка общественного транспорта,в номере чисто,сантехника работала исправно. Персонал приветливый, девушки на ресепшен очень приятные и доброжелательные. Отель понравился.

Не советую останавливаться в этом отеле

Очень разочарованы проживанием в этом отеле. За день до поездки решили позвонить в отель и предупредить о позднем заезде, на что нам сказали что нашу бронь они сняли по непонятным причинам и что больше свободных номеров у них на эти даты нету. Никаких звонков и сообщений от отеля об отмене бронирования не поступало!! В итоге решили позвонить на hotels.com и девушка оператор связалась с отелем. После проведенной беседы сразу же нашлись для нас номера. За помощь очень благодарны hotels.com. Теперь про сам отель: очень старый, ремонта никакого, с виду напоминает старое общежитие. Работники на ресепшен были очень медлительные. Впечатления об отеле только негативные.

Советую!!!

Вместо "БРНО" заселили в "Азимут". Спасибо большое! Это отель той же сети, но на уровень выше. Очень понравилось ВСЕ! Останавливались на 8 ночей. Очень комфортный номер, современный, новый, чистый, постельное белье хорошего качества, полотенца чистейшие. Отличный вид с 10-го этажа. Завтрак - очень богатый "шведский" стол. Ежедневно оставляли при уборке 2 бутылочки воды. Приятно. На рецепшене в отеле ребенок брал аскорбинки. Тоже приятный пунктик. В день 8 Марта - очень приятный комплимент от отеля: бутылочка итальянского вина и пряник в виде восьмерки. Хочется сказать огромное спасибо персоналу, который очень вежлив и внимателен. В отель вернусь однозначно. Осталось приятное впечатление и от Воронежа. Приятный, чистый город.

Брони на мое имя не оказалось. На данный момент идут подготовительные работы к ремонту, что не сообщается при бронировании. Фото, представленные на сайте относятся к отелю Азимут, в Брно номера соответствуют временам СССР.
