Muito ruim tudo antigo, armário sujo, no café da manhã mesas sujas, as de vidro estava ensebadas, lençol fedidos a baratas, fora a tampa da privada de madeiras todas descascadas, minha filha ficou no outro quarto c controle de tv sem pilhas ar condicionado barulhento teve q mudar de quarto , nunca mais volto aqui caro e ruim ,já q vcs tem outros hotéis de luxo deveriam ter consciência de pelo menos trocar itens baratos como cesto de banheiro e tampa da privada , sou de São paulo e esse quarto desse hotel está mais pra hotel da estação da Luz

Nao gostamos da experiencia . Quarto estava muito sujo por que a janela estava aberta e entrou toda a poeira da CNS no quarto / localizacao a noite perigoso/. Nao recomendo . Mas tinhamos outra opcao porque todos os hoteis estavam sem vagas.

**Título: "Apenas suficiente para uma noite, mas poderia ser melhor"** Passamos uma noite no local, e infelizmente o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente. Os móveis e equipamentos apresentavam sinais de desgaste, parecendo bastante antigos. No café da manhã, sentimos a ausência de alguém para nos recepcionar e dar suporte. Para uma noite de descanso, a estadia foi aceitável, mas não escolheríamos ficar por mais tempo.

Precisa melhorar no geral.

Quarto cheirando a mofo, cama e travesseiro ruim. Pia entupida… sem tapete de chão no banheiro. Toalha de banho péssima e encardida. Café da manhã demorava a repor os frios e outros alimentos, tinha que pedir, inclusive copos e água, e demorava a trazer, ovos com péssima impressão, e funcionários mau humorados. Péssima impressão.
