"The staff at this hotel were excellent! From reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone was great, helpful, friendly and welcoming 10/10. The rooms were very modern with high quality fixtures in a well-laid out room and everything was in top condition. Some reviewers mentioned the rooms were small- I didn’t think that at all, I think they were a very good size with plenty of space. The air con worked very well and their light switch set up was so easy to use, well-planned out and user friendly. The scent they use in the hallways (similar to Kitty D’Amour shops) was lovely and also subtle. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise and crowds and you could take a break from the hectic pace of the old town and it was only a short walk to the old town, about 12-15 minute easy walk. Also super convenient to have the restaurant and bar at the hotel with lovely food and wonderful wait staff. The breakfast was wonderful with such variety and good coffee and I loved that I could also eat a variety of cakes for breakfast too ☺️. I liked everything about this place, I highly recommend it. And the price was really good value."

"Nice large room, nice bathroom, good breakfast, great parking, Nice pool, service was great everywhere. It’s easily a 4 stars. The only thing that I can complain is that it is not a real sea view. Please stop advertise it as a sea view in the description. You can hardly some Blue from the balcony. Nevertheless I was very satisfied of that hotel."

"So it’s a negative positive. Firstly it’s not really a hotel it’s an apartment if you need to see somebody you will have to walk to a restaurant about 100mtrs away. Obviously this is not 24 hrs. Contact was good initially and the area around is beautiful, amenities very close by. Access to apartments is a sweet little old door to a steep unlit staircase. The room I had was double bed decor very modern and minimalist, shower was great. Unfortunately in this particular room there was an ants nest not only ants but also flying ants, I don’t notice anything until I was awoken but tickling in my sleep then a bit later when I went to the loo the same in my leg. I turned on the lights to be greeted with the ants crawling up my leg whilst sat on the loo. I then looked in the room and there were flying ants everywhere. I cleared the room as best I can to try and go back to sleep but it was too uncomfortable. I walked around zadar for 3 hrs before making my way to the reception restaurant to ask for a full refund. I provided pictures and and was willing to be as helpful and I could but the manager would not speak to me and told the young lady that I would not receive a refund because I’d had food in the room. It was a 1st floor room I hadn’t had food I’d gone out for food and even if I had food they have an infestation. The lack of communication and respect at the minute infuriated me. I reiterate the apartment is nice but the area but I was disgusted their attitude."

"We arrived at midnight, the lighting and signage was poor and our attempt to enter was challenging. As a female I felt intimidated. Our room was small but all we needed, bed comfy and excellent shower. When we woke in the morning and exited we discovered that it was well situated for walking along the ocean. We would have rated higher if not for the lighting and signage issues entering late at night."

"This is my second time staying here, last time I had a side sea view room, but we upgraded to the garden rooms, which still has a sea View if you are out on your terrace. The terraces were lovely just to relax and chill on. As always, food is exceptional with one of the best breakfasts that you will get in a hotel. Hope the little room brought across into the town. Two euros and it runs until 10 pm. We went to Ugjlan for a couple of nights, the ferry is from the old town. It’s €4 in the island is lovely quiet and beautiful. A great trip and we will return again"
