「No Hot-water」

「The property worked for my stay—I was in town for a funeral and needed something affordable. It has good potential, but several issues made the experience less than ideal: no mirror, no hot water, no Wi‑Fi, and some needed handyman repairs. If these are fixed, it could be a solid place.」
