Very poor from Logis

Very tired property in need of a clean and redecoration. The lift was not working, which made it awkward to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. I actually stayed in a different Logis hotel two years ago. That one was a health hazard and the worst property I have ever stayed in, so at least this one was an improvement.

Très peu de choix hôtelier sur Vitry. Celui-ci si l’hôtel est vieillot la chambre est récente et grande. On dispose de café, 2 bouteilles d’eau. Superbe accueil à l’arrivée et au centre ville. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Pas de lumière en entrant dans la chambre donc nous souhaitons ouvrir le volet roulant sauf qu'il est cassé. Le soir je souhaite allumer ma liseuse mais le bouton est cassé. Le lendemain, j'allume la télé mais elle ne fonctionne pas. Ensuite, mon fils prend un bain et quand on vide l'eau, on a la visite du voisin du dessous qui a de l'eau dans sa chambre. Et pour finir, le spa ne fonctionne toujours pas (on y était déjà allés il y a 2 ans et on nous avait répondu qu'il était en travaux). Donc au final, 5 nuits et un problème tous les jours. Pas facile de se détendre après ça... Seul point positif, le personnel qui est très souriant et très à l'écoute. Il est grand temps que les propriétaires investissent et redonnent à cet établissement son lustre d'antan, d'autant plus qu'il est situé tout près de la collégiale et du parc de la mairie. Pour l'heure, un conseil, FUYEZ CET ETABLISSEMENT.

Decouverte de vitry

J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé, grande chambre adapté pour une personne en fauteuil. La vue sur la rue des aménagements cassés ou en endommagés. Pas de chance apres le camion de collecte ménager au tour de la balayeuse. Le bruit important du climatiseur et fenêtre bois, difficile a chauffer. Les gens a l accueil sont très sympathique et souriant.
