Excelente pousada. Atendimento, limpeza, equipe nota mil. Um detalhe, fica 19km do centro de Vila Velha. Pra mim não foi problema, estava de moto. Mas é um ponto relevante.

Bem mais ou menos.

A pousada no geral é boa, cara como toda hospedagem atualmente, café da manhã razoável pra ruim, o quarto que fiquei foi reformado mas esqueceram de fazer a reforma do banheiro, louça velha e chuveiro ruim.

Quartos aconchegantes porém sem tv digital a cabo.

Adorei e fui muito bem recebida . Uma pena apenas os quartos comuns não terem tv com canais digitais a cabo, mas só isso, de resto uma excelente pousada !

Pousada timoneiro férias em família ❤️

Funcionários muito prestativos, educados e resolutivos qndo chegamos o chuveiro havia queimado e tbm tivemos um probleminha com o ar condicionado eles prontamente resolveram. Um agradecimento especial a Sharon ( recepção) e a Cida da cozinha e organização dos quartos. A limpeza dos quartos merece nota 10. Obs: não depende da pousada mais acho válido para os demais, o Uber lá é um pouco difícil eles demoram um pouco para aceitar a corrida e tbm cancelam muito, se vc for muito apressado é melhor alugar um carro ou ir de carro. Da para conhecer os pontos turísticos de carro ou Uber .

Tivemos uma ótima experiência. O lugar é incrível. Muito verde, bem arejado, tudo muito limpo e cuidado também. Funcionários atenciosos e sempre preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Nota-se claramente um esforço mútuo para que todos se sintam em casa e saiam muito satisfeitos.

Bom custo x benefício

Fomos bem recebidos na chegada e o bom atendimento permaneceu durante todo o período da estadia, que foram de 4 dias. A rua onde a pousada está localizada é bem tranquila, mas é deserta também, o que gera um pouco de insegurança à noite. O café da manhã é simples, mas é muito bom. O quarto tinha tamanho bom e camas confortáveis, mas os travesseiros eram duros. Nele tinha uma varanda que dela era possível avistar o mar. Um ponto de destaque foi que a pousada deixou conosco o controle remoto do portão da garagem, o que facilitava nossa entrada e saída sem haver necessidade de ficar chamando. O wi-fi era bom.

Lamentável

Lamentável a postura do funcionário que nos atendeu. Precisei reservar este hotel às pressas quando já estava embarcando, e selecionei o quarto de casal, no entanto pus apenas uma pessoa, e não duas que seria o correto. Ao entrar em contato, o referido funcionário informou que deveria ser paga o valor de mais uma diária para que eu e meu noivo pudéssemos ficar no mesmo quarto. Ele foi irredutível, e por este motivo nós pagamos mas não nos hospedamos, pois já estava de madrugada, iríamos apenas pernoitar, e o hotel fica bem distante do aeroporto de Vitória. Tivemos que procurar outro hotel. Um transtorno que poderia ter sido solucionado caso houvesse o mínimo de boa vontade e flexibilidade do funcionário, pois ele poderia cobrar apenas o valor correspondente a mais um hóspede.

Estive no hotel por 2 dias e reservei 3 quartos. Fui bem atendido pelos funcionarios. Porem os mesmos nao estavam adequadamente treinados para certos tipos de problemas eventuais que vieram a acontecer um dos outros quartos q aluguei. Ex.: problemas no ar condicionado que nao estava gelando e no chuveiro q nao estava aquecendo. Disseram que era apenas "regulagem na temperatura" mas nao souberam ajustar e com certeza o problema nao era esse. Nao hava outro quarto para troca e nao se dispuseram ao menos a dar desconto na diaria devido aos problemas. A vatagem do hotel eh a area comum com churrasqueira e piscina na qual eh bem agradavel. Cafe da manha simples.
