A estadia não foi a das melhores não , alguns atendimentos da recepção muito ruim, alguns recepcionistas trabalham de mal humor e não tem nenhuma paciência.... A recepção do hotel , muito suja , mesa da recepção com pó ( o menso desde que entrei até sair ) ... Quarto limpíssimo, as camareiras são prestativas e fazem o serviço da recepção , dão as informações com educação e trabalham de bom humor ... O café da manhã bom , mas a limpeza do chão do salão precário ... Entre a recepção e o salão de alimentação tem uma televisão onde recepcionistas passam boa parte da noite assistindo filmes , na volta da minha saída do sábado quando cheguei por volta das 00:00 , entrei e não deram a mínima atenção , não sei nem se me nos viram entrar , me senti com falta de segurança... Em uma.das noites , sai para o lado de fora para fumar , precisei atender telefone celular , entrei sentei no sofá , o recepcionista ficou sentado no sofá ouvindo minha conversa , precisei sair para o lado de fora .. Achei muito estrando não ter nenhum serviço de atendimento no quarto , não levam aos quartos, aliás demoram muito para atendimento do interfone.. A televisão do meu quarto , o som da globo não funcionava , pedia ajuda a respeito, e parecia que eu estava incomodando... Não conhecia a cidade , dei preferência em ficar no Ibis, por referência e de verdade nos arrependemos

Fedor no banheiro. insuportável. Café da manha desorganizado, leite complicado pra servir, disposição dos alimentos a desejar, precisa melhorar muito. Não tem toalha de rosto no hotel.

Funcionários mal treinados.

Os funcionários precisam ser melhor treinados! 1.Funcionário cantarolando e assobiando enquanto arruma os quartos (!), esquecendo que ainda havia hóspedes dormindo; 2. Funcionário da cozinha ouvindo música pelo celular em volume tão alto que, além de incômodo, não se podia ouvir a televisão durante o café da manhã; 3. No check-out ainda restou dúvida se eu havia pago a diária, sendo necessário telefonar para o funcionário que nos atendeu no check-in para confirmar.
