Tem tudo para ficar perfeito!!!!

A pousada tem uma estrutura física muito boa, com espaço verde maravilhoso, mesclado por recantos aconchegantes, tem um salão de café da manhã, grande com boa variedade de itens, valendo a pena ressaltar o pudim de tapioca; simplesmente delicioso! Com relação ao quarto, este deixou um pouco a desejar: banheiro sem ventilação e quarto também, mesmo abrindo a janela! Travesseiro de espuma na cama de solteiro, com odor forte e os outros travesseiros muito altos e desconfortáveis e lençóis limpos, trocados a cada dois dias porém, sem elástico, saindo a cada movimento durante o sono. E um acidente ocorrido que poderia ter sido muito mais sério: levei um tombo feio, segurando mala e meia chila, na passarela externa que liga os quartos ao estacionamento, de uso ao desnível existente sem sinalização.

Adorei a pousada, correu tudo bem na minha estadia. Acho que a pousada como não tem serviço de bufe, poderia por, ou, caso o hóspede não queira sair para comer e pessa por app que eles disponibilize pratos e talheres para os hóspedes. De resto foi tudo dentro do esperado. Grato!

Precisam melhorar a pousada e cidade

Apesar da educação e cordialidade da equipe o local deixa a desejar. Controle da TV sem funcionar, reclamamos e entregaram o mesmo de novo; piscina muito funda e mal projetada; lodo em parte dela que tem pedra; ferrugem nas escadas da piscina; ar condicionado vazando água no quarto, apesar do amplo quarto o box pequeno; ampla area verde mas pouco lazsr a não ser a piscina e uns poucos brinquedos no playground. Cafe da manha pão de queijo e quiche gelados. Cidade suja com aspecto de abandonada; corrimãos para descer nas rampas para as praias (centro) quebrados; maioria dos quiosques (p.morro) sem funcionar; preços exorbitantes (peroa simples a mais de 100 reais! Completo a mais de 250!), transito caotico com varios cruzamentos sem sinalização; varios atendentes nos comércios (padaria, lanchonete, )mau humorados. Precisam aprender a tratar turista e melhorar no geral. Aprendam com o Nordeste.

Agradável, mas

Nós adoramos a vista do quarto, muito agradável o lugar. O atendimento é excelente. Eu deixo atenção para cama, ela é bem desconfortável, o colchão fica arredando eu até cai. Eu usei 1 dia o tapete como toalha de rosto pq colocaram 1 na cama enrolado e 1 identico no porta toalhas, eu achei que os dois eram toalhas. E o café da manhã precisa melhorar. Servem muita coisa "dormida" e cardápio muito de doce, pouca coisas salgadas. Apesar dessas observações tivemos uma impressão majitoriamente boa, lugar é familiar. atendimento excelente e é muito agradável.
