The location was amazing. The accomodation itself is OK, I personally found thet it was relatively noisy and the balcony couldn't be closed. Not all storage shelfs could be used because the doors were broken. There are 6 beds in a room but only 2 socket outlets and one little table. However, it was clean and totally OK if you are staing for a night.

Primero no encontraban mi reserva y tuve que pagar con la posibilidad q el operador me lo cargue otra vez con la correspondiente reclamación si así es ya que no sabían cómo se miraban las reservas con este operador. La habitación funcionaba una única bombilla de tres y baños sucios sin una mala pastilla de jabón. Para recuperar la bici que me habían guardado he tenido q estar llamando ya que a las once de la mañana.no había ninguna persona física en recepción y no es barato.

Estupendo

una estancia estupenda. Yo tuve suerte y como era temporada baja no compartí habitación con nadie, así que... estupendamente. Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno corazón de Vitoria.

Perfectamente situado para disfrutar del centro.

Agradable ambiente, buenísima situación, diseño arriesgado resuelto con soltura. Facilidad de uso de las instalaciones y suficiente confort. Puestos a poner una pega; faltaría, en las habitaciones, alguna toma de corriente más y alguna percha más en el baño.
