「Al llegar al hotel por la noche, me salieron con la desagradable noticia que el hotel estaba lleno, aun mencionando que yo tenia una reservación hecha por medio de expedia. Un señor algo descortés nos dijo que no había nadie a cargo, que todas la reservas que se habían hecho por internet se habían cancelado con un mes de anticipación, a lo que a mi, nunca me llegó ninguna notificación sobre eso.」
